Cheddar Jalapeno Chicken Brats

I'm not just saying this because I raised these chickens, but these brats are AMAZING. They're the perfect combination of gooey cheese and not too spicy jalapeno flavor. 

Brats can be grilled (my favorite), pan fried or baked. No boiling or special prep work necessary! 

These are leaner than a traditional pork brat, so however you choose to cook them - use a meat thermometer and cook to 165 degrees and try not to poke the casing with a fork!
