Changed your mind or want to add something? Go ahead. You can update your order anytime before the deadline closes. Just know that whatever's in your cart when the deadline hits is what gets packed for you. We don't send a confirmation email for edits, so double-check before the cutoff.
Once the deadline passes, we can't make changes or accept cancellations.
Because meat is priced by the pound, your final total may be slightly higher or lower than what you see at checkout. Once everything is packed and weights calculated, we'll charge the card you have on file and email your receipt. You pay for exactly what you get.
We do our best to keep inventory accurate, but occasionally something slips through. If an item becomes unavailable after you've ordered, you won't be charged for it. If your order qualified for free shipping, we'll still honor that even if your total falls below $250 because the mix-up was on our end. You'll see any changes noted in your final order email.
When your order lands at your door, plan to unpack as soon as possible. Please check your order and store perishables in the fridge or freezer right away. If something is missing, we will offer a refund or replacement item. If items spoil because they weren't unpacked in time, we aren't able to take responsibility for that. We also can't be held responsible for delays or damage caused by the shipping carrier once it leaves our hands.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. You'll need a card on file to place an order - you'll be prompted to add one when you check out for the first time. Once your order is packed and weighed, we'll charge your card for the final total and email your receipt. This typically happens within 2–3 days of delivery.
Payment by credit card is required for all locations except farm pickup. Choose pay at pickup if you would prefer to pay in cash. We do not accept checks.
Once the editing deadline passes, we're committed to getting your order to you and we ask that you're committed to receiving and paying for it. If your card doesn't go through, you'll get an email from us. You can update your card or add a new one here. Please keep credit cards up to date and delete any old cards. If we don't hear back, we reserve the right to cancel your orders or deactivate your account.

Due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 30 days from receiving your order.
Deposits on pre-ordered products are non-refundable and non-transferable.
We're proud of what we raise and how we raise it. If something arrives defective or not as described, we want to know. Refunds are available in these situations:
