Our cattle spend their lives on pasture - grass-fed and finished on our organically managed farm in Highland County, Ohio. No hormone implants, no antibiotics, no mRNA vaccines, no grains. Just beef raised the way cattle are meant to be, on regeneratively managed pastures.

You'll notice the difference the first time you cook it. Our 100% grass-fed beef has the perfect amount of marbling for flavor, but not the excess fat you end up draining out of a pound of grocery store ground beef. Less waste, better taste, and you'll know exactly where every cut came from.
