Farmhouse Chicken Noodle Soup
This is the soup that makes everyone think you've been cooking all day — rich, golden broth packed with tender chicken, soft noodles, and all the vegetables your body is craving. It's deeply nourishing, endlessly comforting, and the kind of meal that earns you serious kitchen credibility with zero fuss.

Ingredients

  • (1-1.5 lb) Boneless Chicken Breast
  • (40 oz) Pasture Raised Chicken Bone Broth
  • (Measure with your heart) Homemade or store bought egg noodles
  • (3-4 stalks) Celery, sliced
  • (1 cup) Carrots, shredded or sliced
  • (1 medium) Onion, diced
  • (2-3 cloves) Garlic, minced
  • (to taste) Salt, Pepper, Thyme
  • (optional) Add greens like chopped spinach, swiss chard, kale for an extra veggie pop!

Directions

Dice chicken and add to deep pot or dutch oven with avocado oil. Saute until cooked through then add onion, carrots, celery and seasonings. When veggies start to soften, add garlic. Add packages of broth and let come to a gentle boil. Add egg noodles and allow to simmer covered until veggies and noodles are soft. If you need a little more liquid, add a touch of water.

Ladle it into big bowls while it's hot and serve with a thick slice of crusty bread for dipping. A sprinkle of fresh parsley on top makes it look as good as it tastes. Leftovers reheat beautifully, making it a weeknight staple you'll come back to again and again.

Options

  • You can also use Boneless Thighs or about 1.5 cups of leftover cooked chicken instead of breasts.
