Stock your freezer with homegrown pasture-raised and non-GMO fed pork! Purchasing a half or whole hog can save you up to 30% off typical retail prices when purchasing by the cut.

A half hog will give you approximately 60 pound of pork while a whole hog will be around 120 pounds. **This will vary a bit depending on the final weight of your hog and the cuts you select**

What you can expect from a 1/2 or whole hog share:

Bone-In or Boneless Loin Chops

Spare Ribs

Baby Back Ribs (if boneless chops selected)

Tenderloin Roast (if boneless chops selected)

Bacon

Ham

Smoked Hocks

Shoulder Roasts, Steaks or Country Style Ribs

Sausage (1 flavor for half hog, 2 flavors for whole hog)

Price above reflects deposit only. Total cost of half and whole hog listed below.

***These prices include standard processing with smoked bacon and ham and pickup at our farm. Extras like patties and links are an added upcharge.

Half Hog $7.00 per lb based on hanging weight (expect $700-800 total)

Whole Hog $6.75 per lb based on hanging weight (expect $1,200-$1,500 total)

A typical half hog will require around 3.5 cubic feet of freezer space, a whole hog closer to 7 cubic feet.

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable, but we will consider refunds on a case by case basis.

Shares must be paid in full at or before pickup. Shares must be picked up within 2 weeks of us contacting you about scheduling a pickup date.
