Order Fulfillment & Retail Assistant

Grass Powered Meats is hiring a dependable, detail-oriented Order Fulfillment & Retail Assistant.

This is an important role on our small farm team. You’ll take ownership of how our products are presented and delivered to customers - from accurately packed orders to clean, organized, fully stocked displays.

Responsibilities include packing customer orders, managing freezer inventory, preparing and delivering products to our retail partners and restocking display freezers. You’ll also keep our farm store and order packing areas clean, stocked, organized and assist customers during open hours.

What we’re looking for:
• Consistent availability Mondays and Tuesdays is required. Additional Saturday morning availability is preferred. 
• Dependable, organized, independent, and detail oriented.
• Someone who takes ownership of their work and cares about the customer experience.
• Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers in our farm store.
• Willing to work in walk-in freezers.
• Able to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.
• 18+, a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• An interest in local food and supporting small farms.

$20/hour | Part-time | Hillsboro, Ohio
